We are expecting snow accumulation here in Richland 1-3inches. Guess the Valk gets some much needed chrome cleaning in the garage. Maybe I should get a Spider like MoLEE.....

We don't do snow here, but we have had 4 days of semi-severe rain/hail/lightning/high wind stuff here, with the occasional tornado, just to keep our interest level high.  Angry  Looks like we will be calm for a few days now.

The snow finally made it to Steelville along with all the rain and cold. We will have to get together and ride sometime. I am going to try to catch Lee on April 26th I believe for a ride.

I need tio get my new Darkside tire mounted up this week, I need to Talk with Lee about using his polishing jig. Rear wheel looks pretty cruddy.

Just a FYI May 9th there will be a poker run in Cuba, with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Scociety Relay for Life. Grand prize is a custom paint job. Should be a great time, and a great cause. I just lost a good friend last week to melanoma.

Looks like we got lucky hear in Waynesville, how about Richland and Steeleville. Yesterday sure was a wet nasty day. Sharkey just let me know when, on the wheel I just thought we might want to polish with the old tire mounted, not sure about fit of darkside on the drill press. I think I'm going to have to put another tire on the black Valk soon even though it still has tread. I got it sideways again the other day, when the light change suddenly and I think the rubber has just lost its grip, I may hold out for your opinion on darkside now. I was considering trying the 200series Bridgestone on it. The weatherman said 50 today and since we didn't get snow maybe it will be higher looks like a day to ride even if it is just to the store. Armyvalker have you had any luck with the needed hardware yet?

Not too bad out, clear skies after a day or so of snow. Seemed like a good day to knock out some rear spline and shaft maintenance since I just had a new Cobra put on my rear wheel.

So now I can coast for my birthday...  cooldude

We got lucky too. When I woke up this morning there was a crust of ice on my truck but nothing on the ground. Looks like we will be good for today if it warms up a bit.

Mo- I picked up some OEM hardware from EBAY for the bags, and I'm waiting for Skyline to get my latches and hinges in next week. Hopefully I'll be in good shape. Just gotta get em painted now. Know any good body shops?
If you go darkside, you'll have to let me know who you found to put that tire on. Skyline didn't wanna do it. I'm thinking that way myself. I get tired of replacing tires every year...

Army and Lee if you have the rim off the bike, my friend here in Steelville will mount any tire you want.

91 Here on Saturday, stormfront moved through early Sunday morning & cooled it down to the high 70's. Got 200+ miles in over the weekend, pushed the Valk's odometer over 90,000 yesterday.  Cool
80's all this week but 30-40% rain chances too. June has come early this year!
