take the choke covers off,three screws on the long chrome pieces under the carb round thingies.  Then loosen the bottom bands on the rubber tubes that go from the carbs to the curved intakes on the cylinders that you suspect are leaking.  Take out the two small (8mm) bolts that secure the intakes.  Now twist a little clockwise while pulling them out.  Underneath you will find the o-ring.  Take one out and go to your supply house and get replacements.  Oh, and stuff some rags in the intake openings in the head until you are ready to reinstall everything.  Installation is the reverse.  Tighten both the top and bottom bands on the rubber tubes when you put everything back together.  They will seem tight, but you will need to break them loose, then just snug them up.

I just did my # 6 last week, got it from Autozone. But I dont think its Viton. See below;

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Intake-Runner-O-ring-Kit-Honda-Valkyrie-Viton-GF-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem35ab7a4dd9QQitemZ230510185945QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Found my number 6 clamp(s) were not tight so I ended up checking, and tightning all 12. G/L.

Yes, and don't drink too much apple cider.
It will give you BROWN STUFF where you really don't want it. Undecided
