The deal is they have to ride to the destination on machines that cost $750 dollars to get there. If anyone at the gathering thinks the bike is worth more than that then they have the option to pay $750 for it on the spot and change bikes for the ride home.
That's as close to old skool as they get.
Not anything like a pre-1916 run. That looks like fun too.
