I just got a hot tip on a fair deal for a condo on the beach.  Sounds like a real nice place near the boardwalk....kitchen, jaccuzzi, laundry a King and 3 queens-sleeps 8.  It is $1,225 for 5 nights 13-17 Oct.  If you get 4 couples it works out to 60 or so per night.
