Is there a site somewhere where one could plug in a Honda part number and see what all other motorcycles that the part also fits?

I haven't found anything in my searches except below.

http://www.vsource.org/VFR-RVF_files/BHondaPartNumbers.htm

try a google search for "motorcyle part intechange"
there doesn't seam to be a hollander system for motorcycles.

if u find something post back, thanks

The Valkyrie's OEM muffler gasket fits on Goldwings and other stuff...

I just fed it's part number (18291-MN5-650) into google and found a lot of things that use the
same gasket... vf500... trx350d...

some sites say this will cross reference and the only site presently doing this. I haven't tried it yet.

Advanced OEM Parts Look Up:
This new system allows you to look up EVERY part number for EVERY Honda motorcycle, ATV or Scooter ever sold in the United States. The system has all the current data for Honda models and includes the very latest models with the most current parts data. Note: This system is down due to recent severe weather in the Chicago area. This system will be back running in mid-July.

I've found that a Harley front fender on a Electra Glide will fit all the way back to 1945 to 2008.

If you find that helpful.
