You get what you pay for.
I purchased a set less than 2 months ago and on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being near-oem, these are a
8 - Price, but you DO get what you pay for.
7 - Finish -The chorme feels thin I haven't had the bike out in the elements enough to see how it holds up to FL's weather.
6 - Fit - The is the largest PITA. Some have had it where the right rails fits to snug to the bags and others (myself included) have had fittment issues on the left side.
0 - Customer service. They're near-unresponsive and when they do respond its that they can't change the mold, but no reply on the returns.
I pretty particular when it comes to how my bike looks, but this is an aftermarket part that doesn't fit as well as OEM, but I will keep them on the bike...for now.
Would I purchase from them again? No, but I only have mine and a few other Valker's experieces to go on.

I did see that Carolina Bike and Trike is now offering their version of OEM saddlebag rails.  Go to there website for details.
