Or, at least it feels that way.  After the great shock debacle over the weekend (for those of ya'll who weren't there:  Went two up with the new car tire for the first time in the hill country.  The short shocks that came with this bike were not up to the task, and it rubbed the whole way into Kerrville.), I put the old stock shocks on.  They're roughly an inch longer than the Worx shocks.  Verdict:  Victory!  It sits noticeably higher (that's a very good thing), and she handles SO much better.  I was almost ready to pull of that car tire, but now with the "new" shocks, it's almost undetectable that I have anything unusual on the back.  She handles better now with the shocks and the car tire than with the old shocks and the MC tire.  Who knows how the good shocks and the MC tire would have been.

Anyway, thanks to those who helped me out Friday night.  For those who stood by and laughed and took pictures...
Ah, never mind.

(:

Nothing like a couple of good shocks to make a girl sit up and take notice, glad you find comfort with her now. Ride on.

If you are riding  and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.

Yes when I put my Car tire on I extended the shocks out and it rode so much better than it did before with the MC tire and the shocks set so low.. I rode 2 up for 1200 miles up to the BB&B rally in Arkansas and never had a bit of problem. It was an awesome ride...

Ya know I gotta say it "told ya so !" A few more miles and you will never even think about the tire.

If you had only "told me so" about the shocks PRIOR to me finding out on my own...
