I guess I have been "brain washed". Most times I do not give my Dealer a fair shake. Today they beat the "NET" on two small items by 25 to 30 %.

I think from now on when I need any thing I will SHOP my local and be up front with prices, then it will be up to him to meet or beat. That said , if he meets or damn close, he has my $$$. I really like keeping my money in my "local" folks pocket.

After I closed out my post I had thoughts of ; damn, I`m not done.
I think if I/We gave the Honda Dealers a fair shake we would be better off in the long run. Think what would happen if ALL dealer`s were out of busness and we had to rely on the over priced / shipping chargers that we have today. Would you like to pay $35.00 for a OEM air filter ? Pay $25.00 for a kick stand spring ? Plus $5 to $10 shipping. I know there a LOT of Dealers that should not be "DEALERS" but we can support the good one`s to our advanage . I think that a lot of Dealers would welcome "some income", verses none.

SERVICE, that`s another story for another day.
