Big Bike Lite Bar QUESTION

 I have the Big Bike Lite Bar with the 3 1/2 Halogen lites and I need to replace one of the Halogen bulbs .... there are no philips or flat head screws in the back of the lite case ..... I'm looking at the face of the lite and I see a seam and I'm thinking should I pop that ring off with a flat edge ? ... I called Big Bike and they said to try this or try that .... no answer how to pull the bulb  does anybody know how to get at the bulb ?
