I sent my gloves off to Gerbing after the Fall Color Ride because my left one didn't heat at all and the right wasn't as warm as it used to be. My friend Curt told me they had a lifetime warranty on them.

He was right!  cooldude

I got a brand new set of gloves today.  Cheesy Grin And they are the newer, microwire kind.  Cool

Thanks Gerbing's!

I've had mine for years and could'nt see living without them now it just adds so much more comfort to thoses of us that ride year around. I have had a controller go bad and a couple of my ridin' bud's have as well they only guarantee them for two years....Mine was about 4 years old when it died Lucky13 got a new one for free when his gave up the ghost.

Go to the Harley Shop and get the same fine workmanship of Gerbings Heated Clothing and you can

trade them in faster there than a trip to Walmart.

Cheaper too.

Try it.

Personally I'd rather give my money to a small home-town shop like Dixie Cycle than Harley they make enough off the $60.00 t-shirts to keep the lights on.....That's just me  Undecided  I bought a set of tires for my four wheel drive pick-up today ....Went just down the road from Wally World to keep from having to give them my $600.00

Just mailed my liner and insoles back for whatever refund they will give me. Got the jacket liner last November I've sent it back twice and the controller once. Was sent a new liner the first time and a new controller the second time now the line is broken again. The gloves are great but you can't run them and the insoles at the same time without cooking your hands. If you turn the dual controller up so you can feel the heat in the insoles the gloves are way to hot. I did find out that the clothing that they make for Harley (liner or vest) do not have the wiring junction box that's in there new clothing but the old type where the wires drop down. I think it has been this junction box that has gone bad on both my liners. Gerbing's is good about repairing are replacing their clothing but the down time is a killer. If I were going with Gerbing's I would buy the Harley liner are try and find the old style Gerbing's liner without the junction box.
