Headin' out for Savannah, Georgia taking the twisties into South Carolina ( The Dragon - The Hellbender - The Moonshiner ) . Hookin' up with Mike ( hubcap ) in Seneca,South Carolina between 12:30 / 1:30 today @ Hardee's...I doubt we'll make Savannah - Jekyll Island - Tybee Ialand tonight that's one of the cool things I'm diggin' about this ride ....No reservations anywhere we can just ride with the wind...Anyone wanting to meet up in the Savannah area can post on the VRCC as I know Mike has a laptop he brings with him ( I don't have room for mine ) . He can let y'all know where we settled in at for the long weekend.

My battery was too weak to crank my bike on Wednesday morning  tickedoff

So I got a new one and left it charging at the Suzuki shop. Picked it up after my
eye Dr. appointment Wednesday afternoon.

Not only was my battery weak, but I front wheel wasn't turning easy  uglystupid2

Wheeler told me the right caliper was kind of sticking when he changed out my front wheel
bearing at the Fall Color Ride a couple of weeks ago. It freed up, and I've put spit on my finger
and touched my rotor after each of the three or four times I've ridden the Valkyrie since then,
always cool... Nevertheless - I have an extra Pinwall front right caliper, so I rebuilt it yesterday,
it seems like a really nice one.

I'll plop in the new battery and change out the caliper as soon as the sun comes up.

I'll be ready at noon  cooldude

I'm done, a short test ride shows OK...

Wimp had trouble too, they got it fixed...

They're almost to South Carolina... I even had time to polish a couple of the bugs
off my bike... next stop - who knows?  Wink
