I smoked some brisket and it was delicious, but the leftovers ended up kinda dry. When I fire up the smoker we fill it up, and eat great for weeks, the ribs and butts are great warmed up but any of the beef we do ends up pretty dry on the second go round. any tips?

Vaccum pack the brisket...in bags small enough to fit in a pot of boiling water....when heated cut bag and the meat will be moist....

We have a vacuum packer, we don't use it as much as we used to. But that sounds like a great idea. Thanks FB.
