I was in line at the foreign currency window of my local bank to trade some euros.  

An older Japanese lady ahead of me was a little angry with the teller.  "I no understand.  Every two week I give you Yen, and you give me back 250 dollar.  Today, you only give me 200 dollar.... what change?"

The teller replied "Fluctuations."

The Japanese lady furiously retorted, " Well fluck you white people too!!!"   tickedoff
