Has anyone had a hard time with the installation of their Cobra pipes?

When I removed the pipes, there were some fasteners missing, and I thought that it may be due to someone not being careful when the pipes were originally installed.

I am quite anal about things fitting properly and the use of new fasteners, using anti-seize on the threads, new gaskets and proper torque values. But these pipes were such a "Pain in the Azz" to line up the pipes aand at the rear mounts. As it turned out I had to leave out one of the bolts that mounts the pipes to the RH passenger peg bracket. This was missing when I took the pipes off and the holes/nut will not line up,

Have any others with these pipes experienced the same problem? I'd like to see your comments.

Thank you

I put a set on my 97 last year and it was a breeze. You did take them apart and put them on one pipe at a time, right. I have read of others having problems though.
