lately i have noticed a vibration while cornering or leaning into a curve. the vibration is not there when riding in a upright position. any sugestions on where to start looking for the cause. thanks.

If the vibes are in a left turn, It's the left rear wheel bearing. If it's more of a hum up through the handlebars, it's the tire tread as the other post said. Tire tread noise is normal.

Check your tire pressures. My 2K I/S used to do the same untill I found the correct pressure values. Use the pressure values on the tire sidewalls not what Honda recommends.
