Musta been one of those Cash for Clunkers that they disabled.  If so, you are right, its only money, ours.  Otherwise it was a stupid stunt, and the shop should be liable.  Shame to treat a nice machine like that.

You are right on with not treating a Machine like that.  I could not watch a second time.  Embarrassed I blew a trans in a 53 Ford once because I was "DUMB".  Embarrassed

Re. blowing the clutch on the Neon, I saw a video of a guy doing that on a Vette. All the time the doofus thought he was smoking the rear tires....until the smoke started coming out from under the car in front.
