I still go with God Bless You, or Bless You, because I don't want the evil spirits to take over their body as their spirit is roaming around the room trying to get back in. I'm old fashioned that way.

I tried "you are so good looking'" a few times, but apparently that only works on Seinfeld... I guess I should have read the wiki page Within this episode are several memorable moments. One is Jerry's suggestion that there should be an alternative to saying, "God bless you" after someone sneezes. In real life, the cast and crew had hoped the saying, "You are so good looking", would catch on with fans just as "These pretzels are making me thirsty" did.
