I think it is supposed to be clear skies that night and that is right in the middle of my "lunch"! I'll have to check it out!
Thanks Joe!

Should be a good one.  Lunar eclipses (as opposed to solar eclipses) are not quick "on/off" events, but are longer duration sliding scales of coolness.  The totality starts at 1:40 AM Central (that's 2:40 for ya'll easterners.  I trust the Mountain/Pacific folks to do the math on their own), and lasts till 2:53.  It will be in partial eclipse, and looking a bit odd, for quite a while before and after, but the closer you get to the central moment, the better the view will be.

I guess that would be Tuesday morning on the East coast.
So far so good, nice full moon and cold.

Here is another site to watch it if it's cloudy in your area.

Here is AZ:  Start 12:40; Greatest eclipse 1:17; End 1:53 am

Looks like I'm going to miss the whole thing.  Crud!

Light clouds here, but there were gaps intermittently.  Overall, great viewing.  Even woke up the little one.  She was out there with her blanket and pillow, looking up at the moon.

Clear sky here in Nevada.  Went out several times and looked.  Was quite the sight.
