Has  anyone heard from Stanley Steamer recently?

It ain't like that lad to drop off the face of the earth.

What town, state does he live in?

Later

Modified:

Athens, GA.

I did a search of the local paper and at least he is not in the Obit's.

Not getting that damn job must have really put him into a deep depresion.

My mom always told me if ya didn't get promoted it was for a good reason, the job was not in your best interest and something else in the wings was better, so be patient and wait.

I suspect that the job has something to do with it.  I sympathize with him, it has happened to me and lots of other folks.  Sometimes life ain't fair.  Hope he comes back.   I'll do this  Lips Sealed, now.  hoser

I doubt the job thing has nothing to do with it. He seems like a guy that would not let things bother him this long. Last I knew he was busy doing things. I'll drop him some mail and check on him.

I see him on facebook  ....I think some of the response he got from here on his job deal hurt his feelings  Undecided  That's just my opinion and I know that's when he stopped coming around here.

Ding Ding Ding........Correct Joe. It went on for around 4 days and all was well as long as the back patting and hugs were being handed out......But when the stop whining and pouting came around he hasn't been back.

We were talking through Facebook Christmas Eve Night.  He seems to be doing alright.  I'm in Richmond visiting my best friend and am going to try and stop in to see the old coot when I go through Athens Wednesday.  I'll let ya'll know.
