looks wounderful can I ask what it cost for materials for a building that size? That really looks like a firstclass job. I wouldn't expect anything else from you.

That's one awesome piece of work BF! Is there anything that you can't do? That looks like a great project and I'm sure your Dad will get a lot of enjoyment out of that improvement to his property. I'm sure that he's believing that he has the best son in the world and has been given the best Christmas present ever! Beautiful!

having a wood shed was one of the best things i ever built for myself.  i know your father's going to love his!!  my only regret was not putting radiant heat in the floor, and not building it bigger!!

Beutiful job Bill, but who was that guy in picture #36. Looks like Grizzly Adams stopped by to lend a hand.  Wink  I recall as a teenager I helped my dad(like I had a choice) build a one car garage. I complained the whole time, obviously a kid has better things to do. We had just moved to a new town, dad took a new teaching position and the new house we moved into didn't have a garage. We spent one summer cutting trees on my grandpa's farm, then hauling it to a sawmill to be cut up for framing lumber. From that day forward, I wanted nothing to do with carpentry.

Very nice.  You are obviously a very skilled craftsman.  I like the fabricated hanger door.  I wish I had the property to build something similar, maybe after I retire and find my dream garage (I mean house).

Roll Eyes Not my fav. job.  Wink In fact when I built a 24x24 shop I put all Peg Board on the walls instead on Dry Wall.  Embarrassed Again, great job for your Dad.  cooldude

Great job, BigBF!  What a fine addition for your Dad.  I really have enjoyed talking to him at the last several Inzane's.   I will miss him, and you, at this years, as the date does not work for me.

Santa

No idea how much I would guess about $25,000 to 30,000 with concrete and ductless A/C units.
Thanks

You can always add radiant on floor then put wood or tiles over it or put Ductless heat pump that run heat and A/C. You can look up google for ductless A/C. best to get well know brand name because of easy to get parts to fix in future.
You want built it bigger you can always add in front or rear of french doors of course that depend on what you can afford it...

It got too cold to work outside so put it on hold until springs times (also run out of time just in time to get back home for Christmans with my family and whew the road didnt stop me from going home) and I will go back there and finish the Bi-fold door.

Yeah I do not know if I will be at InZane, we will have famiy reunion at devil lake in Mich that week too and I plan to tow my 3 jetski there. I will have to figure out how to bring my stuff for inzane and 3 jetski... If I go then I only spend 2-3 days with family reunion (my wife side) then go to inzane...
