I installed the mounted lift adapter from E-bay. Simple install and Works Better than described. Ques: Anyone know the factory torque spec. for the two kickstand bracket bolts? If there is a spec. If so, states it any where in repair manual. I have the manual. Thanx

The factory manual list the Side stand Pivot bolt and the Side Stand lock nut. If they list it I haven't found it just tighten it like we always did before we had torque wrenches.

I'm new to the VRCC, just got a 92' in Oct. I've been reading some of the posts and I
was wondering how many other VRCC members have this or any other type of mount? Any reports of it coming loose? After cleaning and serviceing the bike, (girl) I can see how easy the mount will make it next time. I received a Harbor Freight motorcycle jack when I got the bike, will that work with the mount?
Thanks

I have one on My Interstate and love it. Makes it alot easier to clean and remove rear wheel.

Heres the link for more info. and feedback reviews. Works with the m/c jacks that have the two arms that raise.Which is the most common and may be only type m/c jack.Works great with mine.

We bought two of those mounts and they work great. Sure beats the old wooden adapter I was using before. I have a sears jack, it should work with the harbor freight jack as well.

They keep an eye on things, I guess. I posted, took a 2 hour nap, turned on the computer and they had already e-mailed me twice.
