Which material did you guys use? I checked home depot today and the Lexan was much thinner than the Honda material they used. The Acrylic was much thicker. Which one? ETA: Anyone have some dimensions as to how close I can get to the front fender? An old pic but this is the area I have with the wings.

Lexan is more scratch-resistant however on the forks I don't think that would be a issue.

It's not what you asked, but there's a seller I saw recently that makes polished stainless replacement panels for the fork wings.

I made fork deflectors from a plastic product from Home Depot. Bought it because it was the thickness I wanted, not sure if acrylic or Lexan. Acrylic or Lexan (a brand name) are both available in different thicknesses. Thickness does not constitute the difference in the two, as both are available in varying thicknesses.

The lexan is tougher and doesn't scratch as easy, but if you plan on polishing out the edges where it is clear and shines, the lexan edges will be a shade darker than the windshield edges. Not that it really makes any difference, but just something that I have discovered. Both come in 1/8" thickness and up. I have purchased both at places where they make signs of the stuff. I have found the the 1/8" is thick enough for front deflectors...JTL
