The Honda book says R-31ft lbs and F14ft lbs.  However that is for a new bolt with the dry locktite on it.  If you use wet loctite those values may be a tad high, especially the rear.  When I did my rear some felt good at 31 some felt way tight so I stopped at 29 or so

Have to be extremely careful when bolting into aluminum.

There is little to none early warning that the threads are going to let go,,, and the worst part is: That the threads to rip are always in the aluminum!

Torque wrenches are notoriously famous for being out of calibration (up to 10%) for any number of reasons.  So the lower torque values you may seek combined with a 10% error in the wrench can spell doom.

Good common sense and a good mechanical practice will always help in these tightening matters!

the previous owner put new gafler rotors on and he polished the rotor bolts. That removed the coating and they rusted. So I replaced them with new.

Thanks,, I am searching for a used hondaline manual

thanks

I've posted this one a few times. Here is a post I did on another forum, gives the contact info for an online purchase I made for a Valk service manual, I was happy with it all.

John, pick your size and thread pitch and go for it.

This is what we use at the shop on unknowns.
