While digging around the fuse holder I found what looks like others have described as the accessory plug two wires nothing pluged into them. I have a 98 std, do all the Valks come with this?

Those wires are sized and fused for 5 amps max. Be aware when you use them for whatever.

Those are most commonly used to trigger a relay, due to their low amperage rating, but can be used for other small applications.
