Accessory outlet?

While digging around the fuse holder I found what looks like others have described as the accessory plug two wires nothing pluged into them. I have a 98 std, do all the Valks come with this?

A read of the owners handbook would reveal this fact.
The owners handbook is the barest needed accessory.
You can download the manual at Dag's site if you are real go getter!

Those wires are sized and fused for 5 amps max. Be aware when you use them for whatever.

Those are most commonly used to trigger a relay, due to their low amperage rating, but can be used for other small applications.
