Here in Dublin it rained for 12 hours and we got about 1". Heard on the news you got some snow. This morning it's freezing drizzle.

No snow in Galveston, but had some 8' waves and 40mph winds. Got some great pics of the fat girl on the beach. Was too cold to wear her bikini though. I'm headed north this morning. It's 29 and 3" of snow in Kilgore.http:// Details Edit Delete http:// Details Edit Delete http:// Details Edit Delete http:// Details Edit Delete http://

If you are riding and it is a must that you keep your eyes on the road, you are riding too fast.

It was raining all morning yesterday, and about 11:45 it started mixing in some sleet. By noon, it was huge gloppy snow blowing at a 45 degree angle, and by about 12:15 everything was covered with white. It slowed fairly quickly, but we got about 5". It's 27 as I write this (feels like 21) and weather.com says our high will be 30.

Hey Daniel,
http://
I vote for a new picture of the month. Hoghead's last picture with his bike in front of some galvaston building and 3 flags. That is the money shot as Smokingjoe would say. TJ

Finally made it back to Kilgore. It was really strange and a little stressful riding with snow still on the roads and a light mist after dark. If anyone tells you that is fun their a damn liar. My fingers and toes hurt for 1/2 an hour. TJ I took some cool pics yesterday. it was a steady mist and you can see where some got on my lense. I posted an album in just pics. I had to delete some real cool ones in front of the murals on the seawall because some of the grafitti was very obscene. LOL. Hey DFW I will be at the meeting Thurs. night if it's not raining.

Relieved to know you made it home safely, Matt. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been thinking of you today.

Nope. Thought about him all day and was hoping he was gonna get home before this stuff hit Kilgore. Glad to hear that you are safe at home Matt. Great pics of Galveston! I have some pics I need to download and post of Galveston when we camped there over New Years. It was great that you attended the wrench party too! Hay Jimmyt
