I'm looking for just the right side grab bar used with the Rivco centerstand.  They are no longer available from Rivco and I'm unable to find another vendor.

Does anyone have one for sale - or know of someone who is capable of fabricating one?

thanx,

This is what you want.

Instead, I used a small block of wood, drive onto it, lift the bike, then remove the block from under the now raised tire.

To mount the grab rail, you must drill a hole though the side.

The actual Rivco grabrails are very rare (with the right side being harder to find than the left).  Until Rivco's last run of the centerstand, the stand was packaged with only the left grabrail.  The right grabrail was optional for an extra charge.

If you are hell bent on owning this accessory, and unwilling to wait for an ebay or classified sale (one member did have a pair for sale last September or October), HDL has the centerstand with both grabrails for $500.  You could buy from HDL and then attempt to sell the centerstand for maybe $400 with only the left grabrail.  Just a thought.

As an aside, I bought the right grabrail in 2007 for $40.00 and later that year sold the pair for $70 (and I paid about $10 shipping so a net of $60).  I have always regretted selling the set.

I sold my set (still in new packaging) also as I found I did not need a grab rail to lift the bike on the centerstand. I regret selling them not because I sold them cheap so much as I did not recognize their value in bungeeing stuff on my solo rack. Live and learn. Never sell a motorcycle, a gun, or any of their respective parts and accesories.

I didn't have to drill any holes with my Rivco grab bars.  They bolt on in 2 min.  the rear bolts onto the luggage rack/sissy bar and the front bolts onto the top shock mount.   I too received my Rivco center stand with the left grab bar and had to order the right grab bar.  I didn't like the way the bike  looked with the bar on the left and no bar on the right.  Also I do agree that those bars are SUPER when bungying gear to the bike.  I don't know how I did it without them.

They have some left. 499.99. with both rails, free shipping, they run a 10% discount quite often and a 15% on 500. or more or military discount several times a year plus the parts club discount. The bad news was, I had to pay sales tax. mine was 447 to my door. I will probably be selling a new one after I make mine.
one on ebay went for 365. I bid less knowing what I could get a new one for.
