My wife has been working on pantry organization recently.  The spices helter skelter around the pantry was bothering her, and we were buying repeated spices because we couldn't find what we were looking for at any given time. My wife decided it was time to put together a spice rack. She bought 4 ounce round tins with clear windows on top. Then she JB Welded magnets to the bottom so that she could turn the dark side of the fridge into one giant spice rack.  It was time consuming, but the end result looks functional and alphabetical. Plus the various shapes and colors are nice.

While my wife was filling tins with spices, herbs, and bullion cubes, I snuck a few away. In one I put a piece of heavy machinery. Another contains a small woman. It made my wife laugh when she turned around and I'd started filling tins with non-spices.

Yup, this is the mischief I get into when I'm not riding the motorcycle.

And I was thinkin' I'd just cruise for a while
A fork in the road brought a new episode
Don't you know...

Conform, go crazy, or ride a motorcycle...

Bed, Bath, & Beyond has them (check in the Beyond).  World Market has the ones I used for playtime. The majority of my wife's stash came from an online vendor. She bought 40 of them and then put on the magnets herself which might have saved money, but was definitely more fun for her.
