I went to Inzane X last year, noticed that a LOT of other
Valkyries had Iso-Pegs with the chrome flaking off the bottom,
just like mine.
Wanted to know, has anybody tried to cover/paint/improve
these pegs?
If not, any suggestions.

No, I just get new ones every few years. There was a time that Kury chrome was really bad. Lately its better.....I have also found if you clean them often they last longer....pegs are generally ignored more than most parts of the bike while cleaning

+1 on cleaning Kury foot pegs. I didn't pay much attention to the first set I got. I noticed a lot of corrosion, chrome flaking after two seasons of use. Some of it was riding the bike just a couple of times during the winter when there must have been some salt left on the roads.
Now I take them apart and clean and wax them every winter, PIA. They are lasting better but I doubt they will last more than 5 years before they look like hell. I would sure like to find a stainless version.
