Yes, they are predrilled, except for the bottom bracket, you have to shape it  and drill the holes in the bottom of the bags, the hardes thing of that is getting the bracket to line up evenly with the bags (left to right).

please send a picture of a direct rear view, like the one you have of the first. also, be careful of that space heater!! my brother melted his front grill once with one of those!!!

Alph, I will post the picture tonight, do not have access from work to the pics. They are the same or almost the same as OEM, that was one of the appealing feature of the bags.
