It's amazing how much snow our 5hp 20" single stage Honda snowblower was able to move today. We got over 2' of snow with 4' drifts at my house. Our driveway at the garage is 3 cars wide and goes down to two cars wide at the road. The driveway is about 40 feet long from the garage to the road. My wife and daughter knocked down the snow and our trusty Honda blew it all.

God I'm anxious for Spring,

Mark

we usually have a good march dumping.  it's almost always during the highschool basketball playoffs weekend.  we'll get anywere from 4 to 12 inches of snow......  it aint over till it's 70!!

talked to my brothers in crystal lake today, my one brother was telling me how he was driving down randal road, watching the cars ahead of him, when they got to an area were there's an open field, he said the car ahead disapeared in the snow!   he also said he was blown into on coming trafic because of the wind!!  he was lucky no one else was on the road....

yeah, you guys got hit!!!

This before I did much with the Honda:

This is after my wife and daughter helped me out:

My wife and daughter used shovels to knock down the height of the snow and the Honda blew it all into the yard. It took us over 2 hours to clear the driveway. I never did get to the front door walkway, the backdoor walkway or the deck. I did get out this afternoon and the main roads were in very bad shape. Many businesses and all schools etc are closed again tomorrow. Hundreds of cars, trucks and buses were abandoned when they ran out of gas and such. What a mess.

Come On Spring,
