During last summer’s drought in Oklahoma, National Guard units were mobilized to assist by hauling in hay from other states.  On one trip, I passed a convoy of National Guard trucks, each carrying 14 large hay bales.  Chalked on the bumper of the lead truck was “Operation Cow Chow.”
