For those that joined us, Thank you!

Many have asked about it since.  It was a far bigger success than I anticipated.  First time for the gathering and we had 22 folks show up, if I counted correctly.

Apparently we will have to do it again next year.  I have not heard one complaint about the food at the Wild Game Dinner.  Nothing but compliments.

Official announcement from the Dripping Springs Dinner.  $68,000 raised and you folks helped.

"19th Annual Dripping Springs Wild Game Dinner

A Huge Success - Thank You!
More than 700 attended this year’s Wild Game Dinner, which raised a record $68,000 to benefit DSUMC Ministries as well as Helping Hands, the Burke Center, Friends Foundation and the Hill Country Senior Citizens Activity Center. "

My personal thanks to all who came out.  We did have a WoooooHoooooo time!!!!

Hey Early Bird,

Thanks for putting the Mid-Winter Gathering together!  I've lived in the Dripping Springs area since '97 - we're in their School District - and I'm sorry to say that this was the first I've heard of the Wild Game Dinner!  Had a great time riding with a bunch of VRCC members for the first time and the gathering started what will be long lasting friendships for me.  Count me in for next year...maybe I can remove the "Jr." from my handle by then!
