The OP lamented the use of movies and other media to get an unproven or difficult to prove point out to the masses.  This is simply an example of such a case.

I think he is just pointing out reality. For the sake of argument, believe me, there is considerably more evidence for global warming than there is for the existence of God, which, by the way, does not stop me from believing.

No, not at all. The Christian movement has been in place for, oh let's see, oh yeah, 2011 years. It was doing just fine all that time. It didn't need media to get it's word out. I believe the reason those types of movies were on TV was it was reflecting the mainstream public at that time.

the same thing we used to make our nookular plants turn on and to make our space ships rendezvous in orbit. I don't have
any interest in trying to use the scientific method to determine how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, and apparently
little patience with hateful atheists who jump on every opportunity to spit in the eye of a believer...

the both of u need to stop riding and read a little. global warming is a lie and always has been. it will and is used to control people and make billions for the elitist. even NASA has proven that temps here on earth are cause by the sun's solar activity, always has and always will. man has nothing to do with it.
