I have printed out most of the info for rear wheel maintenance...

 Does anyone have a list of the parts and HDL part numbers for all the things I need?

Should I order the thrust washer and seal?

I think if the thrust washer looks OK, it is probably good. They're cheap, so it wouldn't hurt to
order a new one, then you can form your own opinion about what a good one looks like...

I've never changed my bearing seal, except for the time I changed the bearing (is that the seal you mean?)...

If those rubber bushings that the flange sticks into are all wobbly, it is worth changing them... there's a current
thread about a VRCC member who makes ones that are better than OEM, he is taking orders for a batch he is
about to make...

I just changed my tire, and so far the only other thing I changed out while I was in there is
the brake pads and caliper seals...

Oh yea... if you're changing the tire, put in a new valve stem if you still have the OEM one in there...
