I'm trying to sell a front fender "elsewhere" and was asked if I knew the year and model. As far as I know, there isn't any difference in the fender by model/year for the entire product run. Am I right?

UPDATE: I got a bunch of emails asking about the fender, which sold rather quickly. Have you noticed, there hardly is ever a FRONT fender listed for sale anywhere. My wife asked why that would be since there seemed to be an overabundance of rear fenders available. She gave me that "deer in the headlight" look when I told her most of the time the bikes aren't backing up when they hit something. It took a moment....then she goes "duh!"  We both had a good laugh over it, before she told me I was a smartass! I said "yep, Mexican food will do that to you." Then decided it was time to head for the shop before I got in more trouble with my mouth.  Evil

Interstate fenders have the chrome piece on the front and reflectors on the sides in front of the forks.  Standards and Tourers do not.

I was aware of that difference, a potential buyer was interested in any physical difference. As far as I've been able to determine, there is none for the entire seven year run.
