Kit got her lifetime LTCH in the mail today. She already has a .38 sp revolver with Fobus paddle holster. We went into town and she carried it in the truck-she didnt have the lic yet. She has been getting use to by carring it around the house working the holster and it looks good on her. Its a great fun shooter. She was talking about getting her Utah non-resident and Florida also. Good on her!  cooldude Going down next week to transfer ownership.

Got my new Bersa .40 cal Ultra compact yesterday and we shot 50 rds at a can in the field yesterday. Wow! I love it.  cooldude She dont like shooting it tho. Hoping for a Bersa .45 or a S&W 1911. Got my eye on a Judge to since I already have a Winchester .45 LC.
We went down today to buy a Phoinix HP .22 they had for awhile but it was sold.  Sad I had one years ago I gave to the X so I can keep my bike. Was going thru the gun cabinet and found the original target barrel and box for it. Figure it would be good to shoot rats in the barn.

Was getting serial numbers and pictures of our firearms this morning and we have 9 total. 6 long guns and 3 handguns. Not bad but its a small collection compared to my dad but getting there. He has it all, Ar's, Ak's, SKS's, etc.

It's easy to have all the firearms you need and impossible to have all you want. Kinda like HP now that I think about it. Grin

I've been curious about the Phoenix arms 22's. More so now that I know some of them have interchangeable barrels. I've always liked interchangeable barrel guns such as Dan Wessons, 10/22's and TC Contenders and Encores.

It was a good little gun. Def a pocket gun. Stock, the short barrel sucked past 10'. Put the target-longer barrel on it was very acurate. Its about a 5" I think. Changes easily and quickly. With the longer barrel kit it came with a extended mag with finger rest. Made it fit my small patties well. I think I paid $125 for the gun and $50 for the mag/barrel kit. But this was in the late 90's.

I love "cheap" guns ! BUT, the Phoenix/Jennings/Bryco/Raven arms pistols have a quality and precision about them that I would AVOID ! JMHO   There are better "cheap" guns to be had...they are trading material or paper weights in my book.

I had one of those Phoenix Arms .22's with the target barrel included.....I'm a pretty good shot with a .45Auto.....44Magnum....and .22 Revolver....I couldn't hit a school bus from 20 feet away with that gun...and could barely hit the ground with the "target barrel" on it..... Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy.....traded it in on something else pretty fast.... cooldude
