Hey, man.  Good to hear from you.  How's that fine family of yours?  Remember whenever you're in the Southeast that you've got a place to stay and a personal tour guide.

How are you feeling?  From the posts I've been reading, seems you're getting used to being a man of leisure Cool  Confirmed our reservations for Cheaha.  You're welcome to come to Rocky Face and spend the night at my place Thursday night.  Very happy to see signs that you're on the mend.

Duffy, saw on the NGMC forum that you're headed my way on the 19th.  I'll hook up with you on top of Taylor Ridge on NW Pocket Road.

Hey Coot.  Since we're going to be up that way....how much farther is it to Daus Mountain Road.  You know I still have some unfinished business up there....much gravel?

Daus Mountain Road is about 70 miles NNW of The Pocket near Dunlap, TN.  Good Ol' Boys in their pickups are constantly slinging gravel up from the shoulders in the tight stuff, so you always have to keep an eye out for it.

Ditto.  Will probably hook up with y'all at the top of the ridge on NW Pocket Road.  I'll talk to Jim, Jr. about a father/son ride.

Thanks!  I'll probably see y'all in Gettysburg.  In the meantime, you know you're always welcome in Rocky Face.
