(fully clothed, don't be juvenile) I'm trying to be delicate here, but if you look at that part of the ladies anatomy you will live longer. this action makes your heart rate increase, improving your circulation. they say that 10 minutes a day is equal to 30 minutes cardio. now if, like me your over 40 you need to look at the ladies that cast a longer shadow, that have more shade, uh dolly partonitis? there was no mention that if your staring at some young thing and her boyfriend takes offense how much it might shorten your life  so now we can say to our SO's when we are caught looking "honey I was really doing that for you, it'll make me live longer"  |
