ok we left daytona beach on main st at 645 am this morning home at 720 pm in cumberland md .989 miles thats what im talking about .  cooldude 2funny   my interstate took 2 more gallons every stop then the goldwings ..

I knew you did some long hauls but dang that's hauling over the long haul.

If my math is correct you averaged 78.6 mph.

I am assuming 28 - 32 mpg so if you filled up @ 5 gallons each tank that would be 7 tanks. Assuming you left with a full tank and ended with an empty tank that would be 5 stops for fuel, food, and personal fluid exchanges.

If you averaged 15 minutes per stop that cuts your driving/flying time down by 1.25 hours.

That would make your average speed at 87.26 mph.

That sound about right?
