Mom has been moved from the rehab facility to the ER. The cancer has spread to most vital organs and her liver is failing. She's resting comfortably and the pain has been managed. She told my sister last night she had been talking to my Grandmother and she knew it was time. My request is for my younger brother and sister. Its been a long battle and they are both having a really hard time of it. With friends and extended family like you guys I feel very blessed. Mom we're gonna miss you .. the best Mom AND DAD a guy could ever have....

May God comfort and give you peace during this time.

August 30, 2010 - My Mom went home after battling breast cancer....  There must be a shortage of great Mom's in Heaven.

Sorry to hear what you and your family are facing.

No words can adequately say how sorry I am to hear of your Mom's illness.  As long as you remember her, she will always be with you.  To this day, I can still talk with my grandfather who passed in August of 1968 (he usually wins most of the arguments, too).

Prayers for your family as they go through this tough time.

Prayers heading your way. I know exactly what your going through. I lost my Mom a year ago this week to cancer. Hold her hand and tell her how much you love and appreciate her. You will see her again in heaven, hang on to that as you go through this hardest of times my friend.

So sorry for you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. God's grace and peace be with her and your family. My mom just suffered a stroke about a month ago, and by prayers a miracle took plan as today her doctor told her she can return to her regular lifestyle including driving. The day it happened I thought the end was near. I'm spending a lot more time with her now cause tomorrow is promised to no one.

Have faith, and hold on to each other, and draw strength from each other in.  All but one of my dad's siblings died from cancer, he and one sister had Parkinson's.  Any prolonged, painful death is hard to deal with.  My heart and prayers go out to you and yours.
