no internet for days and days did ya miss me?  (rhetorical, don't answer that)  on sunday I saw a cow elk in Utah over 100 pronghorns in wyoming ( its unusual if you DON'T see that many ) and two dozen mulies. monday still in WY I saw  coyote crossing a snow drift up in snow fence country then further down another 20 or so prongs.

monday would have been a scary day to fly a small aircraft around in central Nebraska I saw one wild turkey and possibly 10,000 candian geese. some flying most on the fields, i passed a ragged line of "V"s at least 5 miles long.

it keeps me awake and alert looking for critters  Smiley

Well, we have some wildlife here also.  On my daily walk at work on Monday -  had to shoo a gaggle of geese off the sidewalk, had a coyote run across the sidewalk in front of us, and dodged mulies on the road driving home.  Didn't see the pronghorns which I see occasionally on the way home.  No elk, they live in the mountains.  Saw a golden eagle driving to work this morning.

Neighbors have seen a cougar and black bear on our street.  Mulies on my front porch and fox in the front yard.  Can see bighorns 25 miles away and Rocky Mountain goats and elk 50 miles away.  Actually have whitetails within twenty mile radius.

Gotta love living in Colorado!  cooldude

These deer were in my yard:

Loud bang, hot coals, cold beer. Never leave the house.
Sounds like the perfect day with friends to me.
