If memory serves me right Curtis H had a fella in your town (Van) mount CT's on his Valks...
I dont know the name of the shop but was planning on heading your way when I next change my rear tire...

Check at any small tire shop in town. I get mine done at a small shop they can mount it but not balance.. I use dyno beads so that isn't a problem..He doesn't charge but 7.50 to do it

I talked to eric the other day at Howells Cycle, i could have sworn he told me he does not do that i will check again thanks
