Well... I took the Dragon (Draco) out for her first ride today.   coolsmiley  It was just awsome.  cooldude
I inherited her last July from my late brother George, who bought her new in 2000. Black, Standard.

She had fallen into some disrepair when he got sick and I had her being worked on down in Connecticut until I picked her up in December just before all the snows hit.
I trailered her back to Mass.

And I parked her in the garage sadly as it snowed soon after.

Well, What a ride it was... Didn't go extremely far... only around 15 miles.  But what response she has.  Grin   Took it a little easy to break in the new Bridgestones.  All six carbs rebuilt and sinc'd. New steel cables.  Kuryakyn pegs,  Brakes, Progressive rears and fork springs, etc.
Putting a windshield and saddlebags on when I get another day off.

Took the Ace out today too... just to clear out the cobwebs from winter.  They both performed excellently.

I couldn't wait for this day and it was everything that I expected and more.  70 degrees and sunny for a change up here.

If you are so inclined...Contact Michael Terry with Valk Bling and More and see if he can make you up one of these...

This was for a very good friend and previous owner of my bike.  This way...he is always in the wind when I am riding.

Congrats on your new ride.

Thanks... This season I'm going to have the tank painted in Memory of "MAC" 12/01/46 - 07/09/10

I already put a dragon radiator cover on as Mac (George to me) was really into dragons.  I inherited all his dragon paraphernalia.

This is the one I put on.... when I get a chance to take some more pics... I'll show it on the Valk.

This thing has almost endless power... Why didn't you all tell me what a joy the fat chick is...  tickedoff  Oh... had it been mentioned here before... Cool cooldude  Can't say enough good things about the experience and I've been riding various bikes my whole life.

ride safe all... be careful of the sand and salt that has built up over the winter until a few more rains wash it away... coolsmiley
