2 chrome pieces under tank

what do you call the 2 add on chrome pieces between the rear of the tank and the motor on has the gas shut off run through it. also where can you get them?

anyone have a template for some? I replaced my petcock with a pingel and don't really want that large hole there. I'd be all about trying to just fab some up out of aluminum diamond plate
