I was at the Palladium (USO Club, Dance Hall and all around girlie joint in LA).
Was on weekend leave from Camp Pendleton and a couple of us stopped in for a drink.
Liz and Marilyn Monroe were there advertising some show, don't remember what one, but I walked by the 2 of them and Jeepers creepers, one of em stunk to high heaven. Kind of made ya sick to your stomach. Never had much time for either one of them after that.
