My neighbor lady who lives the next lot over and behind me, it was in her eaves.

She is in her 80's, like 88 or so, and her kids live about 150 miles away, so she asked me Saturday if I'd clean her eaves out for her.

Told her I wouldn't but I knew my son who was on his way over would be glad to.   She used to feed him cookies all the time when he was a little beggar.   The little sheet would go out to play, and when we weren't looking, he'd take off in the neighborhood, knocking on doors asking for cookies.

We found it out when he was about 9 or 10, and he had been doing it for 2 or 3 years....   He got a long talking to on that deal.  Then some of his cookie providers started calling to see if he was alright, he hadn't stopped by and they wanted to make sure everything was OK.

He showed up, told him of her request, he hopped the fence, got her ladder out, and proceeded to clean em out.   He found the arrow, tossed it down and when he finished, he put everything away and brought the arrow over here.  He said, hey dad, I found an arrow you can shoot in the Cross Bow.   I was a little bit surprised to see it again.   Apparently it hit on her roof and then rolled into the eaves.
