You never know about estate sales.... Years ago when my father was a real estate agent he was asked, mainly as a favor, to sell 2 vehicles that were in the garage of a house he had listed. The heirs {adult children up north} did not want to come down to handle their parents estate. There was an old Ford Bronco which sold for $3,000. About a week after the Bronco sold the buyer called Dad & said he needed to talk. Uh-Oh.
Guy comes to the office & told Dad he found a brown paper bag taped up to the bottom of the drivers seat.... with $3,500 in cash all in 20s & 100s.
He asked Dad what to do. Dad said you bought it as-is, it's all yours, good & bad.
You just never know!!
