Boot on yoke is cracked.  Actually boot is ruined.  Do I have to remove swingarm to replace this boot?

No but you do have to remove the u-joint.....and to do that you must remove the rear wheel, final drive and drive shaft..........move some things around like the rear master cylinder but its not that hard to do
