We went, we rode, we learned and we had a good time.   Smiley    The class made me realize how much more I have to learn  Roll Eyes , and how sore you can get   Undecided  by just riding slow.  I may be able to walk again normally by Monday   crazy2  Thanks TJ for setting this up for us  cooldude

I agree - a great class, even though I dumped in the figure 8.  I still learned a lot and would recommend the class to anyone.  It's amazing what you can do with your Valk with just a little training.

I didn't really know what to expect. It turned out to be a great class and I thought the instructors (3 for 8 riders) where fantastic. We had lunch with the instructors after the class and learned that typically riders with a lot off miles have a harder time with the class. The majority have developed some bad habits over the years.
Mental note to self, take a class to keep them bad habits to a minimum...... I know it's hard to believe   Roll Eyes but even I ...was.. in the process of starting a bad habit  Shocked. That gave me something to work on. cooldude

The site was the best parking lot I have ever took some sort of motorcycle related class on. No gravel, pot holes, oily spots and ruts.

I would highly recommend taking this class if your getting bored with the experienced MSF. Not only that if they have enough riders they will travel anywhere in Texas.

I may be mistaken, but I thought a DVD (course material) was available along with all the other doorags, shirts, etc...

I didn't get a DVD, forgot all about. The DVD's available where RLAP DVD's and not from the class we took. Hopefully Lisa got some good shot's of us on the course.

Hayhauler would get my vote for Top Gun.  He made everything look smooth.  But it would be a close vote because everyone did well and learned something from the class. 

There was only one guy who dumped his bike, but being the attention seeking individual that he is, it was expected.   Evil
