I'm not running an I/State and or an antenna, but I have seen these short ones in a lot of the Truck stops in my travels..........

A good radio repair shop should also have them.  I know the one I patronize has em......

My SV came with a shorter, bag-rail-mounted (clamp) antenna, which I believe is a 'fire stick' model.  The prior owner also had a CB (which I didn't want, and he removed), and the antenna (and the requisite 18' of  cable) is for CB and radio.  I am thinking this antenna is better for CB than radio because it does not work as well for the radio as my OE whip antenna on my other IS.  If you are not running a CB, this may not be a good choice, I just don't know

I have a short (2') CB antenna from J&M, it does okay...... and it hides away well. I think Big Mike at Valkyrie Bling also sells a 2 in 1 antenna that does a pretty good job. Good Luck

i purchased a replacement antenna at the local auto parts store. then placed it inside the fairing, it basically spans from one end to the other. i still get great reception without having to deal with an external antenna

I purchace mind at a auto store and used a piece of aluminum angle to mount it to the saddlebag rails. Sticks out right by the right rear turn signal.
